Shawna, founder of indie capri interiors, is an interior designer and creative director who believes in finding joy within life's chaos and transforming it into beautifully curated spaces.
With over a decade of experience as a corporate buyer for Fortune 500 brands like Williams Sonoma, Nike, and Sephora, she honed her expertise in textiles, patterns, palettes, and fast-paced creative environments — skills that now fuel her design practice.
Indie and Capri are her daughters' middle names, and the studio is named in their honor. It's a fitting tribute: Shawna approaches every project with honesty, collaboration, and a genuine desire to make design approachable, fun, and stress-free. Rather than chasing trends or rigid ideals of perfection, she blends beauty with practicality, drawing on her own experience as a mother to create spaces that are both elevated and family-friendly.
